Meet Ludwig Izaguirre

I work as a session bassist for live performances, studio recordings, and collaborative music projects. My approach is rooted in musicality, versatility, and strong communication, always aiming to support the artist, the song, and the overall vision of the project.

My experience includes Latin jazz, pop, Brazilian music, rock en español, urban music, and other contemporary styles. Whether the project requires solid groove, detailed arrangements, or a flexible creative approach, I focus on delivering performances that feel natural, intentional, and connected to the music.

My performance experience includes appearances at major events such as the Detroit Jazz Festival and Boston Calling, as well as collaborations with artists including Eguie Castrillo, Humberto Ramírez, and Srisley. I have also had the opportunity to perform for Cory Henry. Each of these experiences has contributed to my artistic growth and deepened my ability to adapt, connect, and perform across different musical contexts.
